Hencon turns service into support

Times are rough at the moment, but at Hencon we are still working full time to support. Whether it is a new or remanufactured machine or spare parts for immediate or stock use. We can and will support you in any way we can! We have the following suggestions for you:

Remanufacturing

Ask for the possibilities for overhaul of your vehicles. This can be 100% overhaul according to original spec and possible technical upgrades. There is also a possibility for upgrades. Prices are roughly 75% of the new price, with a warranty up to 2 years, one year longer than a new machine.

Machine broker

If you need a machine, our broker service uses our global network on available (second hand) machines to provide the required machine and secure your operations. On the other hand we can help you reduce your fleet cost. Whether you require a machine or want to reduce your fleet, we bring all parties together with our global network in order to offer you the best solution.

Spare parts

In times were budgets for new developments are restricted, spare parts management becomes even more important to sustain operations. We are committed to offer our customers our most competitive offer, with a mutual interest for a long term agreement on spares. By having a larger stock from some parts, you will reduce your service time. We can help with any request you would have.

Service contract

Hencon is commited to turn service into optimised support for all our customers. Hencon has managed to provide optimal support on-site when possible or remotely. The support from Hencon is offered as part of our service contract and assures you of our best performance and make you our top priority at the moment that your vehicle are most vulnerable.

Fleetmanagement

Hencon has a succesfull track-record of performing complete fleet management for a mix of Hencon & non-Hencon fleet and assure your operations. We assure fleet availability so that you can focus on your operational output. An Opex based solution with the possibilty to incorporate new machines, reduce fleet
and decrease fleet costs. Available in low-entry custom made packages.
